About the role
- Coordinate and support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles across multiple Damovo regions.
- Prepare and consolidate business performance reports for management reviews.
- Assist in data analysis and business insights, providing accurate inputs for decision-making.
- Support the execution of go-to-market strategies and coverage models by aligning data and reporting with business objectives.
- Monitor and maintain business processes and financial policies, ensuring compliance with Damovo standards.
- Act as a point of contact for cross-regional teams, supporting collaboration between Finance, Sales, and Service Delivery.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.
- Help maintain and update tools, dashboards, and templates used for financial and business reporting.
Requirements
- Previous experience in business operations, financial coordination, controlling, or reporting (ideally in the technology/telecom sector).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Power BI; familiarity with ERP/financial systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with international teams.
- Degree or diploma in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
