About the role
- Identify and qualify potential new business opportunities through cold-calling, email, social media and lead generation campaigns
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients to identify new opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services
- Identify decision makers to begin the sales process prior to handing over to Account Manager
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets
- Educate and inform prospects about all Damovo’s Service offerings
- Collaborate with the Account Managers to determine necessary strategic sales approaches and develop a calendar of activities
Requirements
- Ideally around 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and prospects over the phone, by email and through social channels
- Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with customers
- A proactive, driven, and ambitious mindset
- Experience working with sales and marketing tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or sales automation tools is beneficial
- A genuine motivation to succeed in a sales-focused role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
