About the role

  • Coordinate and support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles across multiple Damovo regions.
  • Prepare and consolidate business performance reports for management reviews.
  • Assist in data analysis and provide business insights, delivering accurate inputs for decision-making.
  • Support the execution of go-to-market strategies and coverage models by aligning data and reporting with business objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain business processes and financial policies, ensuring compliance with Damovo standards.
  • Serve as a point of contact for cross-regional teams, facilitating collaboration between Finance, Sales, and Service Delivery.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.
  • Help maintain and update tools, dashboards, and templates used for financial and business reporting.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in business operations, financial coordination, controlling, or reporting (ideally in the technology or telecom sector).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with close attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; familiarity with ERP/financial systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with international teams.
  • Degree or diploma in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
