About the role
- Own Damovo’s Defence & Public Sector vertical strategy and manage key account relationships
- Lead complex sales cycles, including tenders, RFPs, and framework agreements
- Develop and expand strategic accounts through long-term account planning
- Position Damovo’s end-to-end portfolio (UC, CX, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital Infrastructure)
- Serve as executive sponsor for customers, ensuring trust, compliance, and alignment of delivery
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Architecture, Security, and Bid teams across regions
- Monitor pipeline, ensure forecast accuracy, and track vertical performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in Defence and/or Public Sector account management with both hunter and farmer responsibilities
- Strong understanding of public procurement and regulated environments
- Demonstrated success with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Confident communicator at senior and C-level
- Background in ICT or digital transformation solutions
- Fluent in German and English
- Structured, accountable, and collaborative leadership style
