About the role

  • You develop and manage social media strategies and campaigns for selected clients as well as internally for dammannworks
  • You lead an interdisciplinary team of content creators, editors, and community managers and support the professional development of colleagues
  • You plan and coordinate editorial calendars and live communication and are responsible for quality assurance
  • You manage operational paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • You monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics (including deriving actionable recommendations)
  • You act as a strategic sparring partner for consulting, strategy, and creative teams in digital projects
  • You monitor trends and develop innovative content formats accordingly

Requirements

  • At least 4–5 years of professional experience in social media — ideally in an agency or in a brand/campaign context
  • Solid knowledge of content strategy, channel management, and performance marketing
  • Strong affinity for digital trends, storytelling, and video/motion formats
  • Experience leading and coordinating teams or external partners
  • Strong analytical skills and confident use of KPI tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social)
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; English is a plus
