About the role
- Prospect, maintain and expand the customer portfolio
- Ensure increased sales volume
- Ensure brand presence in the market
- Ensure customer loyalty
- Actively prospect new clients (retail, distributors, bars, supermarkets, convenience stores, etc.)
- Maintain ongoing relationships with active accounts
- Conduct regular sales visits according to the defined route
- Negotiate prices, terms, volumes and commercial conditions
- Ensure product placement and proper assortment at points of sale
- Monitor orders, deliveries and customer satisfaction levels
- Monitor inventory and product turnover at customer locations
- Work on reactivating inactive customers
- Support promotional activities and sales campaigns
- Collect market intelligence (competitors, pricing, trends)
- Meet sales, revenue and commercial KPI targets
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum 6 months' experience in field sales
- Valid driver's license (CNH)
- Availability to travel
- Experience in the food sector (preferably ice cream, beverages or frozen products)
- Knowledge of the operating region
- Currently pursuing a university degree (Business Administration, Marketing or related fields)
