About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gain hands-on experience and insights into various aspects of the business
- Rotate across teams based on individual interests and business needs
- Support sales administration, sales coordination, quoting and ordering, project coordination, sports marketing, and trade shows and events
- Learn Daktronics products, practices, and procedures
- Work with a mentor to think critically, take initiative, and develop solutions

Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Consumer Behavior, Economics, Entrepreneurial Studies, or a closely related field
- Must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Unofficial transcripts or web transcripts must be submitted with application
- Available approximately 15 hours per week during the academic year, maximum 20 hours per week
- Available up to 40 hours per week during the summer
- Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
- Reliable and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Eager to learn and contribute to new projects, including using unfamiliar software and tools
- Adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving responsibilities
- Proficient in general computer use, including accurate keyboarding skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.; Daktronics does not sponsor, renew, or extend immigration visas for this position
