Support financial reporting and analysis
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Collaborate with partners across the organization to help turn financial data into meaningful insights
Prepare financial reports, analyses, and management summaries
Perform variance analysis and identify trends in financial results
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Assist with month‑end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
Analyze financial data to support business decisions and ad hoc requests
Collaborate with Accounting and Finance partners to ensure data accuracy

Requirements

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business is preferred.
One to three (1–3) years of relevant experience (including internships or co‑ops).
Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently or collaboratively on a team.
Willingness and desire to learn and be flexible with an evolving workload.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with financial data.
Interest in developing financial analysis and business partnering skills.
Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or FP&A work.
Experience with ERP or financial reporting systems.
Experience with reporting or data visualization tools.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Fluent in English, written and verbal.
