About the role
- Support financial reporting and analysis
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with partners across the organization to help turn financial data into meaningful insights
- Prepare financial reports, analyses, and management summaries
- Perform variance analysis and identify trends in financial results
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assist with month‑end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Analyze financial data to support business decisions and ad hoc requests
- Collaborate with Accounting and Finance partners to ensure data accuracy
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business is preferred.
- One to three (1–3) years of relevant experience (including internships or co‑ops).
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently or collaboratively on a team.
- Willingness and desire to learn and be flexible with an evolving workload.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with financial data.
- Interest in developing financial analysis and business partnering skills.
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or FP&A work.
- Experience with ERP or financial reporting systems.
- Experience with reporting or data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal.
