About the role
- Prepare documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents
- Advance conceptual design and design development
- Develop and maintain BIM models, processes, and workflows
- Coordinate work of consultants
- Direct activities of staff engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents
- Plan and participate in project team meetings
- Research and apply federal, state, and local building codes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree of Architecture
- 4-8 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of architectural principles and practices
- Experience with Revit, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), and BIM
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
