About the role
- Develop and produce architectural design and construction documents (CDs) with precision and confidence.
- Contribute to Revit/BIM modeling for project delivery, including detailed assemblies, schedules, and documentation consistent with industry best practices.
- Support design development, design presentations, and client meetings with clear visual communication.
- Prepare architectural details and technical drawings that communicate design intent and constructability.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary information within the BIM environment (MEP/structural/consultants).
- Review and respond to contractor submittals and RFIs during construction administration.
- Maintain project quality control, ensuring drawings meet HDS standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve design and technical challenges.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional architectural experience in a practice with strong design communication, detailing and comprehensive construction documentation.
- Software proficiency in Revit/BIM and strong knowledge of BIM workflows.
- Experience with construction document production, detailing, and coordination.
- Excellent graphic, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
