Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within scope and budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and timelines
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in AV, low-voltage, custom integration, construction, or a related trade
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Organized and self-directed: you build the checklist, you own the checklist
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong procurement instincts — you know how to check stock, compare lead times, and compare costs to gain best margin
Familiarity with AV brands and product categories (displays, control systems, networking, audio) is a plus, not a requirement.
