About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support execution of farm-level environmental programs (e.g., RCPP, DFA AMP, and related initiatives), including scheduling farm calls, coordinating assessments, tracking participation, and ensuring all activities align with program workplans and deliverables
- Support development of sustainability reports and program deliverables by preparing first-draft inputs, organizing farm-level data, compiling survey and assessment results, and formatting materials to support analysis and reporting
- Support updates to Newtrient’s Solutions Catalog and related sustainability resources by organizing technology evaluation inputs, maintaining documentation, and preparing structured summaries of on-farm practices and solutions to support internal review and farmer-facing materials
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver materials for sustainability presentations and meetings
- Provide coordination support across Newtrient-led projects by tracking tasks, maintaining project documentation, supporting workflow organization, and assisting with cross-team communication to ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Support routine updates to Newtrient communications channels, including assisting with website updates, document management, and drafting or formatting contributions to Newtrient News and related communications materials as directed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in environmental science, agriculture, sustainability, data analytics, or a related field
- 0–2+ years of relevant experience in sustainability, agriculture, environmental programs, data analysis, or project coordination preferred
- Ability to work effectively with a team of cross-functional experts in multiple locations
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong sense of commitment, willingness to learn more, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven team environment
