About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead oversight and governance of Dealer Incentive Programs from end-to-end
  • Define how dealer performance is measured and ensure measures reflect commercial outcomes
  • Set performance targets and reward levels with input from Sales and Finance
  • Lead meetings with senior leaders to provide program updates and make decisions on program design choices at each cycle reset
  • Maintain resources on targets, terms, and reward outcomes for network communications
  • Track performance through the cycle and work with field sales to address gaps
  • Manage incentive reviews and approval with Finance at cycle close
  • Build performance baselines for each cycle
  • Communicate targets and outcomes to dealer principals
  • Translate performance and financial data into clear decisions and dealer-facing communication
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Pricing, Legal, and Distribution Strategy and Operations teams
  • Take on progressively more complex programs and strategic responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Tableau
  • Experience in parts sales operations, commercial operations, or program management
  • Track record of owning a program or process end-to-end
  • Comfort working with performance and financial data to support decisions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Sales and/or Marketing experience is desirable but not required
  • Experience with dealer, franchise, or distributor networks is desirable but not required
  • Ability to work in or relocate to Fort Mill, South Carolina
  • Legally authorized to work permanently in the United States at the time of application
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check
  • May be required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
  • Not open for visa sponsorship or to existing visa holders
