About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support ongoing development and maintenance of FROP and BROP processes
Maintain process documentation, standards, templates, and guidance materials
Assist in evaluating process effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities
Collect, maintain, and analyze release management metrics
Monitor process health indicators and identify trends
Provide data-driven insights to support continuous improvement efforts
Support release governance meetings, reviews, and decision-making processes
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and process requirements
Assist with process automation and data management initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
0-3 years of experience in software development, systems engineering, project coordination, process management, or a related area
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle concepts
Interest in software release management, process governance, metrics, and continuous improvement
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a cross-functional environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
