About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support ongoing development and maintenance of FROP and BROP processes
  • Maintain process documentation, standards, templates, and guidance materials
  • Assist in evaluating process effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Collect, maintain, and analyze release management metrics
  • Monitor process health indicators and identify trends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in software development, systems engineering, project coordination, process management, or a related area
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle concepts
  • Interest in software release management, process governance, metrics, and continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a cross-functional environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
