About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct market research in order to accurately assess the market price position and trends
- Analyze product profitability including cost to serve, profit margin, volume based price discount structures and profitability thresholds
- Propose pricing recommendations using data analysis and market research, and develop financial models to quantify financial impacts
- Prepare and present key findings to internal stakeholders
- Manage and administer the assigned parts segments within the pricing tool in order to execute pricing recommendations
- Ensure the timely and accurate development and maintenance of DTNA’s Aftermarket Price Releases
- Work cross functionally with internal departments as well as external stakeholders to ensure inputs are accurately incorporated in the pricing strategy
- Resolve pricing issues, discrepancies and questions
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in pricing processes, policies, procedures, systems and training
- Manage Pricing tickets through Aftermarket Parts Communication (APC) inquiries to support customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of related experience OR an associate's degree with 2 years of related experience OR 4 years of related experience required
- Advance Microsoft Excel skills (pivot, v-lookup, if-statement)
- Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision required
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to present recommendations
- Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with other teams
- SQL/SAS/STATA/ programming experience
- Ability to use Power BI tools
- Ability to develop, and use Tableau
