About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT, enabling the successful delivery of optimized solution by translating business needs into actionable insights and requirements
- Drives evaluation of new technologies and process improvements, ensures alignment across stakeholders, and supports effective decision-making through clear communication, structured analysis, and KPI-driven performance tracking
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) aligned with project objectives
- Evaluate new applications, IT developments, and evolving business needs to recommend appropriate system solutions or enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements clarity, scope alignment, and delivery readiness
- Prepare and deliver communications and presentations on system enhancements, alternatives, and project updates
- Develop and maintain department KPIs and performance dashboards to track progress, drive insights, and support data-driven decision-making
- Support governance processes through compliance monitoring, reporting, and effective stakeholder coordination
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires a Bachelor's Degree
- Typically requires 2-4 years of relevant experience or 6 years experience in lieu of degree
- 2-4 Years of working Project Management experience
- Requires working knowledge and professional experience in business analysis or systems analysis
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
