About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and deliver a comprehensive IT strategy for DTNA
  • Provide strategic oversight and governance for IT infrastructure and cyber security
  • Lead DTNA’s AI agenda, including data platforms and responsible AI adoption
  • Ensure effective coordination of IT activities across Engineering and group functions
  • Build and lead a high-performing IT organization and manage strategic partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 12+ years of related experience
  • At least 4 years of high-level leadership experience
  • Senior IT Leadership Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial environments
  • Demonstrated leadership in large-scale ERP implementations (e.g. SAP)
  • Strong track record in driving digital transformation
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
