About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review potential syndication targets and collaborate with Fleet Credit to assess financial performance and delinquency risk
  • Partner with Fleet Workout to evaluate payment relief requests and ensure adherence to Master Assignment Agreements and Specification documents
  • Conduct detailed credit analysis for Corporate and Dealer syndicated transactions, applying strong financial, collateral, and legal documentation expertise
  • Manage relationships with banks, insurance companies, and lending partners
  • Ensure timely delivery of syndication requirements, interpret credit agreements, and support long‑term engagement with existing participants while identifying and recruiting new ones
  • Maintain accurate reporting and transaction records, including principal and interest activity
  • Partner with internal DTFS teams and syndicate participants to ensure timely and accurate settlement processes
  • Support negotiation of credit agreements to ensure alignment with participant expectations and legal requirements
  • Engage lenders on potential portfolio sales, negotiate rates and terms, and discuss financial performance of sold portfolios

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in credit, lending operations, or syndicated finance
  • Strong credit background in both Fleet Credit (corporate) and Dealer Credit (wholesale)
  • Ability to interpret and navigate credit agreements, legal documentation, and syndication requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for lender, partner, and internal stakeholder interactions
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence terms, rates, and deal structures
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and record‑keeping capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams and external lending partners.
