About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to and resolve escalated Workday support requests and complex system issues
  • Troubleshoot system challenges to ensure optimal functionality and user experience
  • Configure, test, and implement system enhancements and process improvements
  • Support new integrations between Workday and other business systems
  • Collaborate with senior team members on project-based initiatives and system upgrades
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Workday solutions
  • Improve operational efficiency through system optimization and automation
  • Maintain and strengthen data integrity across Workday processes and transactions
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support evolving business needs
  • Deliver a high-quality, user-focused experience through effective system support and solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelors Degree and 2-4 years of relevant HRIS experience, or 6 years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Hands-on experience Workday or another HRIS platform, with exposure to HCM business processes, reporting, security, or configuration
  • Experience supporting Workday HCM and/or Talent Acquisition preferred
  • Understanding of HR processes and practices
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience researching and resolving issues independently using resources such as Workday Community, documentation, and peer networks
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish, helping us better support a diverse employee population
