About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to and resolve escalated Workday support requests and complex system issues
- Troubleshoot system challenges to ensure optimal functionality and user experience
- Configure, test, and implement system enhancements and process improvements
- Support new integrations between Workday and other business systems
- Collaborate with senior team members on project-based initiatives and system upgrades
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Workday solutions
- Improve operational efficiency through system optimization and automation
- Maintain and strengthen data integrity across Workday processes and transactions
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support evolving business needs
- Deliver a high-quality, user-focused experience through effective system support and solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelors Degree and 2-4 years of relevant HRIS experience, or 6 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Hands-on experience Workday or another HRIS platform, with exposure to HCM business processes, reporting, security, or configuration
- Experience supporting Workday HCM and/or Talent Acquisition preferred
- Understanding of HR processes and practices
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience researching and resolving issues independently using resources such as Workday Community, documentation, and peer networks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a plus
- Fluency in Spanish, helping us better support a diverse employee population
