About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives for 7 Manufacturing locations across US and Mexico
Ensure the right management of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks through outsource suppliers
Oversee data center/server rooms operations, ensuring high availability and performance of critical systems
Owns end user service support and experience (~10k users)
Act as a liaison across cross functional teams i.e. IAM, Network, DC
Implement and manage service management processes, including incident management, problem management, and change management
Lead IT operations, including system administration, monitoring, and maintenance
Manage relationships with external suppliers and vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met and developing a culture of continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with Global DTAG standards and regulations related to IT infrastructure
Act as the first point of contact for any IT related demand
Ensure that Cybersecurity policies are followed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
At least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role
Must have experience working in Manufacturing Operations with 24/7 support models for 7 years
Proven experience in managing networks, data centers, and IT operations
Strong knowledge of service management principles and practices (ITIL)
Experience in managing external suppliers and vendors
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in Continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and hands on
