User Experience Designer – Supervisor II

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a shared UX service that drives cohesive, modern, user-centered digital experiences
- Responsible for leading a team of UX designers and design engineers
- Drive the UX strategy across the organization
- Maintain an outside-in perspective by monitoring industry UX trends
- Partner with product teams to define research goals, metrics, and criteria
- Ensure design intent is implemented accurately by partnering with Engineering
- Facilitate and promote the creation and evolution of a design system
- Champion user-centered methods and ensure research informs roadmap and design decisions
- Oversee usability testing and validation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Interaction Design, Psychology, Design, Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end user-centric design
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
- Expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups
- Strong ability to articulate complex design concepts
- Solid knowledge of creating and leading design systems
- Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, or similar tools
