About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage Engineering projects.
Create detailed project timing plans and work closely with Engineering and other departments to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate and facilitate project-related meetings such as status reviews, design reviews, mockup reviews, and visual management meetings
Publish minutes and track action items
Identify risks and escalate to management when appropriate.
Prepare project status reports and present CVDS gate updates to project committees
Assess feasibility, budget and timing for future product development project
Recommend scope changes to maximize return on investment
Recommend and assist with implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
Use and support the DTNA Visual Management process for running Projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience OR 6+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
self-motivated, proactive individual with strong communication skills
demonstrated skills in project management processes
knowledge of product development processes
experience preparing and giving presentations
excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
good networking skills and a strong interest in Project Management
ability to work with SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software packages
ability to handle multiple, detailed tasks and work professionally with various levels of DTNA management
ability to work in an environment of ambiguity & ongoing change
high level of oral and written communication skills
proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
analytical and problem-solving ability.
