About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure products are in compliance with external regulations and internal standards
File product notifications, approval applications, and quality testing results with applicable government and regulatory agencies
Track regulatory and legislative developments and cascade relevant developments to business stakeholders
Interpret and evaluate proposed regulations and legislation and advises management on impact to the organization
Implement and audit processes to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards
Provide advice to development and/or marketing teams on product changes, quality testing requirements, product labelling, literature, and advertising
Represent DTNA externally in various forums including trade groups

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Public Policy preferred) and 5-7 years of relevant experience is required.
Strong communication including written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze and distill technical topics into business impacts
Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives
Strong intrapersonal skills with the ability to create a network within DTNA
Self-motivated and ability to prioritize and work independently
Demonstrated ability to adapt to uncertainty and changing targets
