About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the successful deployment and implementation of payment solutions to clients and markets.
  • Manage the end-to-end rollout process, ensuring smooth transitions from development to live environments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, managing timelines and resolving issues during implementation.
  • Engage with different stakeholder groups to align on rollout progress and identify new feature demands.
  • Provide hands-on support during and after go-live to address immediate needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date rollout documentation.
  • Act as the central point of contact during the rollout phase, managing client feedback and issue resolution.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS/BA and 2+ years of experience leading complex product rollouts or implementations (end-to-end), preferably in payments/FinTech and/or the automotive/commercial vehicle industry.
  • Strong project management experience with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, timelines, and resources.
  • Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, or Scrum) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with payment solutions, payment gateways, processing systems, and the associated technical infrastructure.
  • Strong ability to handle unforeseen challenges and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus with an ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
