About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work as part of the Extended Warranty and Service Contracts team on operational tasks, preparation of committee documents and presentations, evaluations and analyses, and provide support for EvoBus subsidiaries and overseas markets
- Support data analytics activities through calculations, analyses and coordination meetings to derive actionable measures
- Assist with training sessions and international Best Practice workshops
- Contribute to the development of service contract concepts and cross-functional projects relating to strategic direction, marketing and products
- Support risk management for service contracts with processes, analyses, specification documents, calculations and forecasts
- Participate in IT projects, particularly the further development of the SAP landscape for service contracts, including requirements documentation and stakeholder meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Economics, Economics/Business Studies, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Data Analytics or a comparable degree program
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Confident user of MS Office
- Strong team and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with a strategic and independent working style
- Application documents to be submitted: CV, cover letter, enrollment certificate, current transcript of records, proof of standard period of study and certificates
