About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will collaborate on and support the design and optimization of processes and methods
- Participate in and contribute to the planning, organization and execution of cross-site and cross-departmental workshops
- You create meeting minutes and reports
- You independently prepare predefined reports, KPIs, analyses and evaluations
- You assist with implementation tracking of the defined topic areas
- You provide general support to colleagues in day-to-day operations
- You independently produce presentations, charts, Excel summaries and statistics in German and English
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering (focus on logistics/IT preferred), or a comparable field of study
- Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office
- Commitment, teamwork and strong communication skills
- Analytical thinking and a strategic approach to work
- High degree of flexibility and personal responsibility
