About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop strategy and scope for each KTO Product Group
  • Implement KTO catalogue strategy across DTAG BUs
  • Maintain & optimize KTO catalogue and database
  • Manage new part number creation and release process adherence
  • Provide consulting to engineering and production teams on alternate parts and new technologies
  • Documentation of new strategies in so-called KTO concept books and align with responsible design department and/or responsible stakeholders
  • Process Management & Process Relevance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical or Automotive stream.
  • Minimum 04 years of experience in the automobile industry, minimum 02 years with Governance
  • Track record in project and stakeholder management
  • Strong knowledge of Mercedes Benz Trucks or BUS systems, processes, and product portfolio
  • soft skills: communication, conflict resolution, collaboration, decision-making, Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • German Language (preferred)
