About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Use AI and Generative AI to create, localize, and scale awareness content; build adaptive, personalized learning paths; deploy AI-driven nudging measures and security assistants; develop realistic AI-based simulations (including deepfake demonstrations); and promote the safe and responsible use of Generative AI by employees
Design and run global awareness programs addressing AI-driven cyber threats (advanced phishing, identity deception, deepfakes, automated social engineering) and translate current threat intelligence into clear, actionable guidance and engaging learning formats for diverse audiences
Design and execute realistic phishing and social engineering simulations; develop role-based awareness pathways for high-risk groups (executives, finance, engineering); and encourage correct behavior under pressure and uncertainty
Make security culture and awareness measurable — define, track, and improve KPIs for human risk, behavior, and engagement; build dashboards and outcome-focused reporting; and use data and AI analytics to derive targeted actions and demonstrate impact
Drive an organization-wide "security-first" mindset; integrate secure behavior into everyday decisions and business processes; and strengthen accountability together with leaders and HR
Collaborate closely with CSOC, Threat Intelligence, and Risk Management; align initiatives to real incidents and threat trends; and ensure consistency with Daimler Truck's cybersecurity strategy and global awareness programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Psychology, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
Preferred certifications: SANS Security Awareness Professional (SSAP) or instructional design certifications; AI/data certifications (Microsoft, AWS, Google)
Proven background in corporate communications, behavior change, employee engagement, learning design, or cybersecurity awareness programs is highly advantageous
Several years of professional experience in cybersecurity, security awareness, human risk management, corporate communications, organizational development, learning & development, or related disciplines
Demonstrable experience designing, implementing, and scaling awareness, training, communication, or culture initiatives in large and diverse organizations
Experience defining, measuring, and continuously improving awareness, culture, and human-risk programs using KPIs and data-driven methods
Experience translating complex cybersecurity, technology, or AI-related topics into engaging, practical, and audience-specific content
Experience using AI and Generative AI technologies to create content, personalize learning experiences, increase employee engagement, and scale awareness activities
Solid understanding of modern cyber threats, attack techniques, and human-centered attack vectors, including phishing, social engineering, credential theft, and business email compromise
Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GPT-based assistants) as well as prompt engineering for content creation, personalization, and automation, and with AI video generators (Synthesia)
Knowledge of AI-powered behavioral and risk analytics, principles of responsible AI use, and the secure adoption of Generative AI technologies
Knowledge of cybersecurity risks in enterprise IT, shopfloor (OT), and engineering environments, and the ability to adapt awareness approaches to different audiences and risk profiles
