About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Tender screening of the EU database TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) for all EU tender publications related to the procurement of buses in the German market.
Documenting and tracking EU tenders
Distribution and assignment of relevant tenders within the sales organization to the responsible plant contacts and sales representatives
Full preparation of participation applications for EU tenders related to bus procurement by public transport operators in Germany
Preparation of statements and bidder declarations for participation applications to EU tenders in the German market
Handling various electronic procurement and bidding portals for published EU tenders in Germany
Submitting applications for electronically based EU tenders through the respective bidding portals
Implementing process measures for handling electronic procurement procedures
Supporting the processing of EU tenders up to final bid preparation
Collecting customer-specific data for EU tenders, including analysis and final evaluation
Updating customer-relevant documents and attachments
Managing the central email inbox

Requirements

What you’ll need

Students enrolled in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or a comparable degree program
Confident use of common software systems such as MS Office, Teams, Outlook, e-procurement portals, etc.
You are flexible, reliable, and work independently
You are committed and enjoy working in a team
You are eager to learn and work in an organized manner
Business-fluent German (spoken and written)
