Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for financial services applications.
Implement front-end and back-end solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to deliver high-quality products.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in financial services and web development.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices are followed.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely solutions.
Document and maintain technical specifications and architecture diagrams.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in financial services.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on financial services.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular.
Strong back-end development skills with languages Java & Microservices
Experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with financial services domain and industry regulations.
Intermediate to expert knowledge required in the following areas:
Quarkus framework
Caching
Testing methods, including unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockoon, Mockito)
Agile methodology
Experience in designing & developing Web Services, API's and interfaces (REST and SOAP)
Log monitoring tool
Experience in DevOps Tools (Github, Gitlab, Git Actions etc.)
Experience in different design patterns (builder, factory etc.)
