About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a working student (m/f/d) in the training department, you will support the vocational training team in organizing vocational training, primarily with administrative processes.
- Support in selection processes for apprentices, such as preparing and administering aptitude assessment tests.
- Applicant management, advising and informing candidates.
- Preparation and delivery of internal courses and workshops for apprentices.
- Support our training teams in day-to-day operational tasks.
- Support the training team in apprenticeship marketing at trade fairs and school visits.
- Maintain external job portals as part of apprentice recruiting.
- Support in the administrative hiring process from contract creation through the start of apprenticeship.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration (preferably with a focus on Human Resources), (Business) Psychology, or a comparable field of study.
- Language skills: Excellent written and spoken German.
- IT skills: Confident user of MS Office/PowerPoint.
- Personal competencies: You have very good organizational skills and enjoy learning processes. You work independently and reliably and like to contribute your strengths to the team. High reliability and enjoyment of working with people also characterize you.
