About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver a comprehensive Reward service across Daimler Truck UK Limited and Daimler Truck Financial Services UK
  • Act as the subject matter expert for reward and benefits
  • Advise HR and business leaders on approach, policy and market practice
  • Monitor market trends and drive implementation of recommendations
  • Manage supplier relationships for benefits and pensions
  • Lead annual salary review and bonus processes
  • Produce accurate HR dashboards and reports
  • Oversee HR compliance and audits regarding reward

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Educated to degree level
  • Ideally hold a relevant CIPD qualification
  • Proven experience from a Reward focused role
  • Strong understanding of reward principles and practices
  • Thrive working in a small team and fast-paced service environment
  • Highly numerate with exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong track record of undertaking detailed analysis
  • Comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Experience using Power BI is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-driven approach, building relationships and delivering clear reward solutions
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with a team
