About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver a comprehensive Reward service across Daimler Truck UK Limited and Daimler Truck Financial Services UK
- Act as the subject matter expert for reward and benefits
- Advise HR and business leaders on approach, policy and market practice
- Monitor market trends and drive implementation of recommendations
- Manage supplier relationships for benefits and pensions
- Lead annual salary review and bonus processes
- Produce accurate HR dashboards and reports
- Oversee HR compliance and audits regarding reward
Requirements
What you’ll need- Educated to degree level
- Ideally hold a relevant CIPD qualification
- Proven experience from a Reward focused role
- Strong understanding of reward principles and practices
- Thrive working in a small team and fast-paced service environment
- Highly numerate with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong track record of undertaking detailed analysis
- Comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative data
- Experience using Power BI is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-driven approach, building relationships and delivering clear reward solutions
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with a team
