About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You hold overall strategic responsibility for Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) topics at DB/M and ensure that regulatory and legal requirements related to data protection, antitrust, due diligence and sponsorship are identified early and integrated effectively.
- You develop and manage international training and enablement concepts for the entire sales organization at Daimler Buses to anchor GRC-relevant content in day-to-day business in a clear, practical and sustainable way.
- You actively shape the strategic direction and further development of the company-wide CRM system, with particular responsibility for integrating GRC-relevant requirements.
- You coordinate cross-functional projects in the CRM and GRC space, define clear target states and work packages, and commission and manage external service providers according to defined quality, time and outcome objectives.
- You support validations, tests and pilot phases of projects to ensure quality and market readiness, evaluate results and derive clear decision-making and action recommendations for management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable field
- Experience in planning and managing complex international projects, particularly in a GRC context
- Strong conceptual skills, analytical and strategic thinking, as well as a structured, goal-oriented working style and good organizational skills
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken (business fluent)
