About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- responsible for the end-to-end delivery of data engineering, reporting, and analytics services
- maintains and evolves the organisation's data platform
- supports operational and strategic decision-making
- gathers requirements, designs solutions, and delivers high-quality data products
- ensures platform reliability, security, and compliance with standards
- works closely with local and global stakeholders
- reporting into the Chief Information Officer
Requirements
What you’ll need- passion for new technology, specifically Microsoft Fabric
- genuine interest in rendering data into reporting
- attention to detail
- excellent problem-solving skills
- ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships
- experience in designing, developing, and implementing reports
- experience in cloud and hybrid environments
- advanced knowledge of Power BI, T-SQL programming, Azure SQL and Azure Data Factory
- understanding of IT processes, data security, and software development lifecycle
- qualification or commercial practice in Data Science or IT
