Payroll & HR Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver a customer-first, accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and HR administrative service
- Provide accurate and timely support across the employee lifecycle
- Ensure processes are completed efficiently and in line with UK legislation and company policies
- Handle sensitive information with care and work at pace
- Be the first point of contact for all payroll-related queries
- Provide HR administrative services for all aspects of the colleague lifecycle
- Ensure any written HR changes are actioned in a timely, accurate, and effective manner
- Support with the setting up of new HR suppliers and supporting the HR team with HR-related invoices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Organised and detail-focused individual
- Hands-on experience managing an outsourced payroll
- Strong understanding of payroll administration within a confidential and compliant environment
- Confidence to work closely with external providers and internal stakeholders
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Comfortable managing employee data, reports, and documentation
- A CIPD Level 3 and/or payroll qualification would be an advantage but isn’t essential
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Strong communication skills
