About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver a customer-first, accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and HR administrative service
  • Provide accurate and timely support across the employee lifecycle
  • Ensure processes are completed efficiently and in line with UK legislation and company policies
  • Handle sensitive information with care and work at pace
  • Be the first point of contact for all payroll-related queries
  • Provide HR administrative services for all aspects of the colleague lifecycle
  • Ensure any written HR changes are actioned in a timely, accurate, and effective manner
  • Support with the setting up of new HR suppliers and supporting the HR team with HR-related invoices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Organised and detail-focused individual
  • Hands-on experience managing an outsourced payroll
  • Strong understanding of payroll administration within a confidential and compliant environment
  • Confidence to work closely with external providers and internal stakeholders
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Comfortable managing employee data, reports, and documentation
  • A CIPD Level 3 and/or payroll qualification would be an advantage but isn’t essential
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Strong communication skills
