About the role
- Processing invoice workflows and escalating delivery stops
- Maintaining cross-location time management
- Requesting and maintaining IT system permissions/access rights
- Creating and maintaining requisitions (purchase requests)
- Supporting suppliers' IT integrations
- Performing ad-hoc tasks as needed, e.g., analyzing inventory postings, issuing shipping instructions, ordering office supplies, or creating tickets for office equipment
Requirements
- Vocational training as an industrial clerk (Industriekaufmann/-frau) or equivalent commercial qualification
- Basic understanding of logistics processes
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills; structured and reliable working style; ability to work in a team
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Professional communication and language skills (very good command of German and good command of English)
