About the role
- Preparation of complex bus quotations using vehicle and equipment configurators, including feasibility studies and operational rotation calculations for customer-specific electric bus applications
- Advising and supporting plant representatives and sales staff in quotation preparation and vehicle configuration regarding customers' technical special requests
- Processing complex EU tenders for diesel, electric and fuel cell buses, system offers including charging infrastructure, depot management, etc.
- Leading and supporting sales negotiations
- Point of contact and technical advisor for customers and sales staff on all technical matters
- Technical coordination with specialist departments and/or customers, and preparation of complex issues [technology, feasibility, alternatives, pricing]
- Review and processing of the technical and commercial customer requirements for all bus-specific EU tenders for the German market
