About the role

  • Responsibility for concept and consulting, design, planning and project management, development, implementation and support
  • Optimizing existing, complex digital processes in close coordination with business colleagues and external service providers
  • Close collaboration with other developers, enterprise architects and infrastructure specialists
  • Responsibility for the sustainable, economical use of resources such as budget and capacities in the development and operations process
  • Maintaining collaboration within the agile working model (Scrum framework) and promoting shared learning within the team

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or a comparable engineering/scientific qualification
  • Strong IT knowledge in development, conception and design processes (UI/UX)
  • Knowledge of and a strong affinity for product-oriented, modern software development in an agile environment
  • Experience in developing Java applications (Spring, REST), distributed architectures, SAP (SD module)
  • Strong conflict-resolution skills, quick comprehension and the ability to work independently
