About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acquire new customers for charging infrastructure solutions
  • Develop and expand existing customer relationships
  • Build long-term partnerships and understand client requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, key account management, or supporting complex customers with technically sophisticated products or services
  • Degree in business administration or engineering, or alternatively commercial and/or technical vocational training
  • Experience selling capital goods, technical system solutions, infrastructure projects or consultancy-heavy services
  • Experience dealing with tenders and bid processes
  • Exposure to e-mobility, charging infrastructure, energy supply, construction projects or technical infrastructure
  • Demonstrable success in acquiring new customers and growing long-term customer relationships
  • Ability to bring together various internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicative and sales-oriented personality
  • Confident presence and persuasive communication at different levels
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to attend regular customer meetings within the region and, when required, nationwide
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • High level of initiative, team spirit and flexibility
