About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reporting to the Senior Director of Consumer Product Marketing, play a key role in the strategy, planning and execution of go-to-market strategy, product launches, campaigns, user experience optimizations and more to grow revenue
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to deeply understand customer pain points, user behaviors, and market trends. Use insights to build product strategy
  • Support the launch of new features, capabilities, and "big bet" products with a cross-functional team
  • Drive the commercial strategy for new and existing products by optimizing pricing models and packaging structures
  • Evaluate product funnel performance to hunt for friction and identify opportunities to drive adoption and engagement
  • Partner closely with Enablement teams to help salespeople sell more effectively

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of Product Marketing or Management Consulting experience
  • Proven success leading the end-to-end launch of a new product, from inception to steady-state
  • Experience in consumer debit and credit cards, including optimizing rewards programs and spending incentives in the competitive card market
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Experience using data to drive decision making
  • Flexibility to learn on an accelerated curve and adapt quickly to changing needs
  • Fiercely collaborative, driven and ambitious
  • Strategic thinking and laser-sharp execution: you see the big picture but can execute in the weeds
