- Partner with stakeholders to understand critical business challenges and identify data-driven solutions.
- Present data-driven recommendations and strategic insights to influence decision-making.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts on the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of practical experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis; expert-level SQL skills.
- 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role, applying analytical techniques to solve business problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive-level audiences.
- A strong intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated ability to independently explore data, formulate hypotheses, and derive actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of , machine learning, and data mining techniques.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business objectives and translate them into meaningful analytics questions and solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and automation is highly valued.
- Familiarity with data visualization principles and tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
