About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle product quality claims of our products
- Follow up the launch of new Altherma heat pumps
- Investigate problems by phone, e-mail, online remote monitoring or on-site
- Cooperate with colleagues from other quality and design departments
- Assure products to keep the high Daikin Quality Standard
- Organize and coordinate Quality meetings with members of the Quality teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Industrial engineer preferably with technical specialisation
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of any other European language is an asset
- MS-Office literate
- Driving license Category B, valid to drive in Europe
