About the role

  • Provide technical-commercial expertise on the water chiller product family, primarily in pre-sales.
  • Support Applied sales engineers and sales offices on projects in the tertiary (commercial) and healthcare sectors.
  • Perform sizing and product selections based on requests and technical specifications (CCTP) provided by agencies or clients.
  • Promote Daikin products and justify your technical choices.
  • Track projects, answer customer questions, and guide them in selecting equipment.
  • Perform technical validation of orders before sending them to factories for production.

Requirements

  • Education: Bac+2/+3 (2–3 year post-secondary diploma) in refrigeration & air conditioning, thermal engineering or equivalent; engineering-level candidates also considered.
  • Experience: A first similar experience is required (entry-level candidates accepted, including those coming from work-study/alternance programs).
  • Required skills: strong knowledge of thermodynamics,
  • Air conditioning, hydraulics, aeraulics (air distribution) and control systems/regulation,
  • Comfortable using a CRM solution (software for creating and tracking customer quotations).
  • Professional proficiency in English.
