About the role

  • Provide technical-commercial expertise for chilled water products and air handling units (AHUs), primarily in pre-sales.
  • Support commercial offices on projects in the tertiary (commercial), healthcare, industrial and food-processing sectors.
  • Perform sizing and product selections based on the specifications provided.
  • Present and justify technical choices for projects.
  • Monitor projects through telephone contact with clients and respond to their questions.
  • Handle technical validation of orders before sending them to manufacturing plants.

Requirements

  • Degree (Bac+2/Bac+3) in refrigeration and air conditioning, thermal engineering or equivalent / engineering level.
  • You have a first similar experience (entry-level accepted, including after an apprenticeship).
  • Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, air conditioning, hydraulics, aeraulics (airflow engineering) and control systems.
  • Familiar with using a CRM solution.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate diligence and rigor.
  • Service-oriented, dynamic, good interpersonal skills, curiosity and team spirit.
  • Professional command of English.
