About the role
- Manage a portfolio of clients
- Analyze market potential, trends and customer needs to develop a robust sales approach
- Monitor and manage monthly and annual sales results
- Generate business opportunities, prepare commercial proposals, follow up on opportunities, negotiate and close deals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the role (commercial after-sales services)
- Knowledge and/or experience with hydronic systems (HVAC) is an asset
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to define short-, medium- and long-term business strategies
- Positive, results-oriented attitude with a clear commercial focus
- High degree of autonomy and responsibility in setting realistic objectives and deadlines
