About the role
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in
- Develop communication and engagement plans to foster adaptability and resilience
- Drive performance management processes, ensuring consistency and fairness across regions
- Coach managers on goal setting, feedback, and development planning
- Identify skill gaps and propose learning interventions to build capabilities
- Collaborate with EMEA L&D team to implement training programs tailored to local needs
- Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement and strengthen organizational culture
- Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting diversity, inclusion, and collaboration across geographies
- Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making and measure impact of HR programs
- Prepare reports and insights for leadership on workforce trends and KPIs
- Serve as a trusted advisor and bridge between EMEA HR function and EMEA and local business units
- Navigate complex matrix structures to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Ensuring compliance with Polish labour law and corporate compliance standards
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong combination of soft HR skills (coaching, communication, relationship building) and hard HR skills (analytics, compliance, process management)
- Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP role
- Proven track record in international environments and corporate settings
- Experience working in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong change management skills and ability to lead transformation projects
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in HR analytics tools
- Self-starter, autonomous, and able to work independently
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; acts as a bridge person between diverse stakeholders
