About the role

  • Be part of a great team promoting the Daikin brand
  • Create and monitor lead-generation campaigns
  • Manage the lead management tool and follow up on generated leads
  • Take responsibility for leads, processes and quality in a dynamic marketing & CX environment
  • Actively contribute to customer experience projects and improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams along the customer journey
  • Analyze data to derive concrete improvements
  • Establish structured processes to actively manage and improve customer experiences

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business degree (university, university of applied sciences or equivalent), ideally in Marketing & Sales
  • Strong digital affinity (Marketing Automation, newsletter flows, web forms) and experience with Pardot and Salesforce
  • Several years of professional experience in Lead Management, Customer Experience and/or Marketing
  • Strong communication skills with installation partners, internal stakeholders or customers
  • Ability to maintain oversight in complex processes
  • Open, proactive and communicative personality
  • Team player, flexible and resilient under pressure
  • High degree of self-motivation, perseverance and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Power BI & Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Very good command of English
