About the role
- Coordinating the flow of materials between warehouses, production lines, and support departments
- Monitoring inventory levels and controlling component availability in the ERP system
- Collaborating with the production department on schedules and priorities for internal deliveries
- Preparing reports on internal logistics efficiency (delivery times, costs, KPI indicators)
- Implementing safety and quality standards in internal transport operations
- Participating in optimization projects (Lean, Kaizen) related to material flow and production line
- Supporting the implementation of new technologies (e.g., tracking systems, transport automation)
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master technical university degree – preferred in logistics or similar engineering degree
- Fluent English is must
- SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) knowledge – nice to have
- Knowledge of 2D & 3D CAD is an advantage
- Team collaboration – works effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative and solution-oriented environment
- Attention to detail – ensures accuracy in logistics processes, documentation, and inventory control
- Continuous improvement attitude – actively seeks opportunities to optimize internal logistics processes and reduce waste
