Private Equity Manager
Daikin ComfortPrivate Equity Manager responsible for managing contractor channels. Collaborating with PE firms to establish brand strategies, sales efforts, and market trends in the United States.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the Private Equity contractor channel (mainly residential AOR focused)
- Work with principals and staff of PE firms to establish brand strategies and pricing
- Focus on inverter technology within the PE channel and Daikin’s Fusion goals
- Sales efforts to achieve budgetary goals and revenue guidelines
- Solicit new and existing PE accounts through various sources
- Participate in weekly business review meetings and training
- Develop and maintain knowledge of PE market trends and competition
- Identify market trends to improve customer satisfaction & loyalty
- Actively participate in sales and marketing planning meetings
- Monitor implementation and progress of initiatives and plans
- Establish processes and procedures to manage customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, finance, management preferred or equivalent successful work experience
- Demonstrated Sales and Negotiation Skills, preferably in a services-driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven sales ability at all levels within an organization
- Extensive use of all MS suite of products
- Project Management experience is a plus
