About the role
- Call on HVAC Dealers and Contractors
- Training them on GSD’s aftermarket Product offering
- Set strategic direction and management of execution of programs to Branch Managers and CSR’s
- Work with and train branch personnel in support of aftermarket business
- Responsible for through-the-shop and over-the-counter parts sales, cores, parts stocking, ordering, development of programs and implementation of corporate sponsored programs
- Responsible for developing and implementing sales plans for the aftermarket business to ensure attainment of both sales and margins objectives
- Work with local vendors and manufacturer’s Representatives to provide support to branches and customer base
- Participate in additional projects to support ongoing business needs
Requirements
- 5 -10+ years in HVAC industry
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required if experience is extensive - 5+ years in sales and HVAC
